Summary
Primary responsibility is to assist network administration in maintaining the full integrity and operation of all facets of the corporate LAN/WAN. This includes day to day administration of the Window Server environment (Vmware). Provide administration and support for key server-based technologies including SAN/Storage, Windows Active Directory, local and remote file services, all store location networks and corporate firewall (Checkpoint). Assist in the deployment of security software, patches and virus definitions to policy standards. Also perform help-desk support level 2&3.
The Real Estate Development Manager will provide technical support to the Real Estate Department in its goal to grow the corporation through the development of new and expanded stores.
The Facilities Support Specialist will work with the Facilities Support Team and with the Operations Team to coordinate all computer-related equipment maintenance functions. The Real Estate Manager will open profitable new store locations in designated trade areas in accordance with the annual corporate plan. The ideal candidate will have seen multiple sites from initial sourcing to completion for a medium to large regional chain - preferably in the retail space.
The Community Relations & Philanthropy Specialist will have responsibility for the planning and administration of all community relations and Philanthropy programs inside the QuickChek (QC) division, including QC in store round-up campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and donation requests, establishing, and enhancing partner non-profit relationships and development and execution of the employee volunteer program. This role will also be responsible for QC receptionist duties, including visitor check, badging, and receiving and routing incoming calls to the QC switchboard. In addition, they will manage the annual QC Golf outing and other on-site fundraising events that benefit non-profits including the MEDRF (Murphy USA Employee Disaster Relief Fund.) The Community Relations & Philanthropy Specialist will support the execution of MUSA's (Murphy USA’s) enterprise agenda regarding corporate philanthropy, rollout, and support of the giving platform, and lead the planning and execution of the QC annual giving week, as well as other projects as assigned.
The HR Coordinator completes administrative duties for the human resources department. This individual maintains team member records, assists with new hire onboarding tasks, assists with payroll processing, and provides administrative support to all team members.
This position provides competitive intelligence support to the Food & Beverage Department. Coordinates, verifies, and organizes consumer market research and trends to help drive business strategies.
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and other duties to ensure the preservation and upkeep of the buildings, fixtures, and equipment for all QuickChek locations.
