The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and other duties to ensure the preservation and upkeep of the buildings, fixtures, and equipment for all QuickChek locations.

• Perform general maintenance work and repairs in response to service requests
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies in company vehicle
• Maintain accurate work records
• Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those needs to the facilities manager
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests
• All other duties as assigned.

• Mechanical, repair, and construction experience required
• Ability to work both independently and with other people
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
