The Facilities Support Specialist will work with the Facilities Support Team and with the Operations Team to coordinate all computer-related equipment maintenance functions. The individual will ensure all work is performed in accordance with company cost and quality standards. He/she will maintain accurate, detailed records of all facility desk activities. The main objective of this position is to reduce costs through the development of cost-savings ideas.
