The Community Relations & Philanthropy Specialist will have responsibility for the planning and administration of all community relations and Philanthropy programs inside the QuickChek (QC) division, including QC in store round-up campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and donation requests, establishing, and enhancing partner non-profit relationships and development and execution of the employee volunteer program. This role will also be responsible for QC receptionist duties, including visitor check, badging, and receiving and routing incoming calls to the QC switchboard. In addition, they will manage the annual QC Golf outing and other on-site fundraising events that benefit non-profits including the MEDRF (Murphy USA Employee Disaster Relief Fund.) The Community Relations & Philanthropy Specialist will support the execution of MUSA's (Murphy USA’s) enterprise agenda regarding corporate philanthropy, rollout, and support of the giving platform, and lead the planning and execution of the QC annual giving week, as well as other projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. equivalent to a four year college degree, plus related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate skill levels in: Presentation/PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
Basic skill levels in: 10-Key, Accounting, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Contact Management, Database
